Flu Vaccination Preliminary Injunction Issued
The United States district court of New Jersey has issued a preliminary injunction for the halting of mandatory flu vaccinations. This follows after the federal lawsuit that opposes forced flu vaccinations was filed in the same court by Tim Vawter, a pro se attorney on 31 July, which had the government as a defendant. Once the preliminary injunction is signed by a judge, the federal government will be unable to force anyone to take the flu vaccination against their will. This will also prevent local and federal governments from vaccinating anyone against the flu by force, as well as forbidding any person that haven’t been vaccinated against the flu from being denied their constitutional rights or any services. Vawter hopes that his legal papers may be used by activists around the globe as a template to enable them to file lawsuits in their own countries in order to halt all forced flu vaccinations. Vawter is of the opinion that the global banning of flu vaccinations may be possible as the truth of the dangers posed by flu vaccinations continues to be revealed. Vawter advices that instead of fearing the impact of the flu, people should concentrate on ways in which they may block forced flu vaccinations.
This preliminary injunction will immediately halt all mandatory flu vaccinations in the United States. After hearing the Motion for Preliminary Injunction and reading the supporting papers, the court stated that the federal government appeared to have engaged in some amount of negligence in relation to their failure to properly investigate the safety implications of the flu vaccinations which were scheduled to be used in late 2009-2010. The court further added that the evidence submitted warranted a more thorough investigation into the safety implications of flu vaccinations.
Moreover, the court ordered that the government should not force any person to take the flu vaccination against their free will and free choice. Furthermore, the government is forbidden from allowing anyone to be required to take the flu vaccination against that person’s free will and free choice.
The government has also been ordered not to deny anyone who has not taken the flu vaccination their constitutional rights, nor allow any company, doctor or other party to deny such persons services such as medical care, attending school or similar freedoms and services, nor their constitutional rights. The only exception to the denial of services to persons who have not taken the flu vaccination is in the event that it has been decided in a court of law.
